Rome

Karen and I visited as many famous sites as we could fit into our four days in Rome—including Musei Capitolini and Musei VaticaniThe Historic Centre of Rome (the Properties of the Holy See in that City Enjoying Extraterritorial Rights and San Paolo Fuori le Mura) comprise a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Coliseum

Romain Ruins

Pantheon

I loved wandering through the plazas and admiring art!

We stopped for gelato every chance we could get. Plus, I found a cute shop that sold wooden puppets like Pinocchio!

Classic Italy

Read “Three Perfect Days in Rome” in Hemispheres Magazine for recommendations on what to see and do in Rome.
